Defendant crossed the centerline in her fathers Range Rover and collided head on with the plaintiff's BMW convertible.The defendants blood alcohol level was 0.23%. She pled guilty to felony DUI.

Defendant was drunk and entirely at fault for the collision. As a result of head injuries suffered in the collision, Dr. Crick is unlikely to ever practice medicine again
