Date, Time and Place of Incident(s): 8/13/97, just east of the California/Nevada state line

Facts and Background:  
Plaintiff was a passenger in a car driven by his friend, Faris Fatouhi. Fatouhi had, earlier in the day, been cited for speeding in excess of 90 mph. At the time of the incident, he was changing in and out of lanes, the traffic ahead stopped and he crashed into the back of a water truck. A Consolidated Freigthways truck with two trailers could not stop in time, hitting the Fatouhi vehicle. The car was crushed between the two trucks.

Injuries and/or Damages:
Plaintiff incredibly sustained only cuts, bruises, and soft tissue injuries.
