Facts and Background:  
Plaintiff was recovering from a total knee replacement. While undergoing physical therapy at defendant facility, the bracket fastening a sport cord to the wall came loose. The large metal bracket hit plaintiff in the head, she fell to the ground and severely fractured her right wrist.

Plaintiff's Contentions, Allegations:
Plaintiff contended defendant was negligent in its installation of the bracket. One of defendant therapists installed the bracket, but failed to use anchor bolts.

Injuries and/or Damages:
Scalp laceration requiring surgical staples; impacted, comminuted fracture of wrist, requiring external fixation.
